Cancellation Policy:


Guests who fail to cancel their scheduled appointments at least 24 hours in advance will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. This policy is in place to ensure that we can accommodate all our clients and manage our schedule effectively. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, so we encourage you to communicate any changes as soon as possible.

We kindly ask that you confirm your appointments to help us provide the best service possible. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated, and we thank you for your understanding! If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out.

To ensure that Juaida can provide the highest level of service to all her clients, We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Please inform us in advance if you need to make changes. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. Additionally, clients are required to place a deposit for future bookings to secure their appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a respectful and equitable booking system for all clients.

Return Policy:


We are committed to providing our customers with a hassle-free return policy that ensures your satisfaction with every retail purchase. If you find yourself needing to return a product, we gladly accept unopened retail items that are in their original packaging. These products can be returned for store credit or exchanged for a different product of your choice

To initiate the return process, simply notify us via email within 14 days of your purchase. Our customer service team is here to assist you and will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete your return smoothly. Please keep in mind that we cannot issue refunds after the 14-day period has elapsed, so we encourage you to reach out to us promptly if you are unsatisfied with your order.
